Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal points in the last three years.
• Excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Ability to identify/solve customer concerns independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in designated area to deliver products and services to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate knowledge of services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly.
• Maintain personal and team safety and follow all safety policies.
• Perform other duties as required within scope of activities.
