Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Must possess and maintain an excellent driving record.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No DUI in the past 3 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a job-related assessment with a score of 70% or better.
• Drug test required; random testing program in place.
• Read, write, understand and speak English.
• Stable work history with good references.
• Sound judgment and ability to adapt to varying conditions.
• Strong communication, persuasion and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives a step-van to sell, deliver and merchandise products.
• Provide excellent customer service to grocery and mass merchandise accounts.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and expand customer base.
• Enter product codes and process orders with handheld devices.
• Rotate stock and manage invoicing and payments.
• Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle safety inspections.
