Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
Must possess and maintain an excellent driving record.
No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years; no DUIs in 3 years.
High school diploma or GED. Reading/writing English.
Pass job-related assessment with 70%+; drug test required.
Stable work history with good references; capable of fast-paced work.
Ability to read, write, understand and speak English.

Responsibilities

Sell, deliver, stock and merchandise Herr's snacks to grocery stores and chains.
Increase customer sales volume by building relationships with decision makers.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate product knowledge.
Solicit new accounts and execute promotional programs.
Process orders using hand-held computers and manage invoices.
Maintain inventory accuracy and vehicle safety checks daily.
