Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a motivated Route Sales & Service Representative to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on new business you build. This B2B sales role combines account management with field service, requiring you to prospect, close new business, and upsell existing customers while delivering and picking up linen and related products on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in last 3 years (or 36 months).
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route, this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.
