Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is hiring motivated, sales-driven Route Relief Drivers to drive and service customers on designated routes in your community, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build.

This isn't a B2B sales role with a truck; it's a true sales and account-management position that requires proven sales and customer service experience, plus a valid Class C license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs at stops daily.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience (required).
• Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record for last 3 years (required).
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck and lift up to 50 lbs daily.
• Must pass a drug test and clinic physical.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Call on prospective customers to solicit new business and inform regular customers of new products or services.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Drive a truck to deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule; load and unload the truck.
• Build long‑term customer relationships through responsive, professional service; listen to and resolve service complaints, keeping your supervisor informed.
• Maintain inventory and follow company inventory‑control policies.
• Handle invoicing, collections, customer signatures, and accurate delivery and transaction records.
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on your truck, and maintain a professional appearance at every stop.
• Learn new technology and systems quickly and adapt to updates independently.
• Attend training and service department meetings.
