Job summary

Crystal Clean is seeking Sales & Service Representatives for a local route with home every night. You will build customer relationships, service equipment, and drive revenue through smart recommendations. A sign-on bonus and six months of training with guaranteed pay help you get started strong.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT preferred.
• Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs (with proper tools).

Responsibilities

• Own Your Route: Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver Essential Services: Maintain parts-washing equipment and handle scheduled waste drum pickups.
• Drive Sales: Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance.
• Work Independently: Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism.
