Crystal Clean is hiring Antifreeze Sales & Service Representatives for a local route that keeps you home every night. The role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 and a six-month training period with guaranteed pay of $1,100/week.

This position blends sales, hands-on service, and daily variety, with earnings potential of $70,000–$85,000+ after the first year (base pay + commission). You’ll join a safety‑driven, growing environmental services leader.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class B, Med Card, Airbrake, Tanker, and HAZMAT preferred.
• Able to handle hoses up to 40 lbs and move products safely.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Route: grow your territory by building relationships with customers.
• Deliver antifreeze and recycled materials; collect used antifreeze.
• Drive sales by spotting opportunities and recommending services.
• Plan efficient routes and represent Crystal Clean professionally.
