Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to drive sales growth and deliver top-notch service at customer facilities using our state-of-the-art equipment.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and a CDL Class B with related certifications. Weekly pay with bonuses and uncapped commission is available, along with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to engage with clients.
• Proficiency with equipment and truck gear; tech-savvy.
• Route sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Class B CDL, Medical Card, Airbrake and HAZMAT certs are required.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth by expanding business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver essential services at customer facilities using our equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, inspect vehicle/equipment, align work orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships, pursue additional services and opportunities.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
