Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated Route Relief Drivers to drive and service customers on designated routes in your community, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This isn’t a delivery job with a sales title; it’s a B2B sales and account management role that comes with a truck.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (last 3 years).
• Ability to drive a 26' bobtail truck.
• Comfortable loading/unloading bags of linen up to 50 lbs daily.
• Must pass a drug test and clinic physical.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Call on prospective customers to solicit new business and inform regular customers of new products or services.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Drive a truck to deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule; load and unload the truck.
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service; resolve service complaints and keep supervisor informed.
• Maintain inventory and follow company inventory-control policies.
