Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated, sales-driven Route Relief Drivers to service customers on designated routes and grow accounts. This is a B2B sales and account management role that comes with a truck, not just a delivery job.

Starting pay ranges from $21.84 to $24.40 per hour, with average total annual compensation over $80,000 after route assignment and uncapped commissions. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record for last 3 years.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck and load/unload cargo up to 50 lbs daily.
• Drug test and clinic physical required.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; it's account management and outside sales.
• Call on prospective customers to solicit new business and inform regular customers of new products/services.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Drive a truck to deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.

Skills

Proven sales experience

Customer service experience

Valid Class C license

Clean driving record

26’ bobtail truck operation

Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
