Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated Route Relief Drivers to service customers on designated routes and grow accounts. This is a B2B sales and account-management role with a truck and uncapped commission potential.

Starting pay is $20.05–$22.00/hr, with total annual compensation exceeding $80k for strong performers, plus full benefits. Equal opportunity employer with a family-owned background and essential services experience.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• Ability to drive a 26' bobtail truck.
• Comfortable loading/unloading bags up to 50 lbs daily.
• Must pass a drug test and clinic physical.
• Technically proficient; quick to learn new systems.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow a designated route; this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Call on prospective customers to solicit new business and inform regular customers of new products or services.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Drive a truck to deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule; load and unload the truck.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional service; resolve service complaints.
• Maintain inventory and follow company inventory-control policies.
• Handle invoicing, collections, customer signatures, and accurate delivery and transaction records.
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on your truck, and maintain a professional appearance at every stop.
• Learn new technology and systems quickly and adapt to updates independently.
• Attend training and service department meetings.
