Mission Linen Supply is hiring motivated, sales-driven Route Relief Drivers to drive and service customers on designated routes in your community, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This isn't merely a delivery job with a sales title; it's a B2B sales and account management role that happens to come with a truck.

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.

Mansioni

• Own and grow a designated route; this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Call on prospective customers to solicit new business and inform regular customers of new products or services.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Drive a truck to deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule; load and unload the truck.
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service; listen to and resolve service complaints, keeping your supervisor informed.
• Maintain inventory and follow company inventory-control policies.
• Handle invoicing, collections, customer signatures, and accurate delivery and transaction records.
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on your truck, and maintain a professional appearance at every stop.
• Learn new technology and systems quickly and adapt to updates independently.
• Attend training and service department meetings
