Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a motivated Route Sales & Service Representative to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This role blends account management with outside sales and requires driving a 26’ bobtail truck in the Phoenix area.

You will prospect, close new business, upsell, and maintain strong customer relationships while handling invoicing and service issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years (36 months).
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
