Vestis seeks a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth across a defined route. You will balance exceptional service with meeting sales goals while operating a company step van and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with safety as a priority. Vestis offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and think quickly to solve customer concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per policy and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain personal safety and follow all safety practices.
• Perform other duties as required within scope.
