Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience across a variety of client interactions.
• Strong math and basic computer skills are required.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgement, and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in designated area and serve diverse clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product following company procedures.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and drive route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate prices, policies, and services clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and promptly address issues.
