Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills are required.
• Experience selling services and generating new business is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and resolve customer concerns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a company step van to serve clients and deliver products.
• Verifies daily preventative maintenance and keeps operator documentation up to date.
• Manages daily route independently for timely deliveries.
• Loads/unloads product per company policies.
• Reviews invoices daily for accuracy and makes corrections as needed.
• Meets sales goals and promotes route growth.
• Develops leads, calls on prospective customers, prepares service agreements, and adds new accounts.
• Explains services, policies, and pricing to customers clearly.
• Monitors customer feedback and handles issues promptly and courteously.
• Adheres to safety practices and performs other duties as required.
