Job summary

Clean Harbors is hiring a Sales and Service Route Driver in Tucson, AZ. You will train to drive a Class B box truck to service parts washers, pick up hazardous waste, and sell products along a defined route. CDL training is paid by Safety-Kleen/Clean Harbors.

Expect 10–12 hour workdays with overtime, potential for uncapped commissions, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Company provides paid training and benefits; health coverage begins after 30 days of full-time employment. Location: Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications

• CDL required or able to obtain
• Hazmat & Tanker endorsements required within 90 days of employment
• Basic computer and math skills expected
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Proven customer service skills and ability to work physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities

• Visit 10–12 customer sites per day
• Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions
• Service parts washer machines and clean sinks
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads
• Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing businesses
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries and pickups
• Follow all safety and regulatory requirements
• Operate vehicles in compliance with DOT and state rules
• Perform other duties as assigned
