Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Eugene, OR, part of Clean Harbors, is seeking a Route Driver to train toward driving a Class B box truck and provide onsite service at customer sites. You will also pick up containerized waste and upsell services in a defined route.

Starting pay ranges with a sign-on bonus are highlighted, and CDL support is provided by the company. Expect 8–12 hour days and uncapped commission potential, along with comprehensive benefits after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical functions per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority and follow safe work practices.
• May visit 6–10 customer sites per day.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and clean out sediment from sinks.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field.
• Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing businesses.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups on time.
• Follow local, state, and federal regulations.
• Operate vehicles per DOT and safety rules.
