Job summary

Clean Harbors, via its Safety-Kleen operation in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Sales and Service Route Driver to drive a Class B box truck, service parts washers, and collect waste along a defined route. Training includes CDL advancement with endorsements and comprehensive safety requirements.

Expect significant over-time and on-the-road activity with 10–12 sites daily, sign-on bonus, and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Class B CDL and obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days.
• Proficient in basic computer use and math.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to pass background check, drug test, and medical examination as required by position.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10–12 customer sites per day.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and remove sediment from sinks.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field.
• Operate vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT rules.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups.
