Vestis is seeking a Route Sales Representative to operate a delivery vehicle, manage daily routes, and drive sales growth across a diverse customer base. You will balance customer service excellence with accurate invoicing and timely deliveries, while developing new business opportunities.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong math and computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with diverse client contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and think quickly to solve issues.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a company step van to serve clients.
• Performs daily vehicle maintenance checks and keeps logs.
• Manages daily route to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Loads and unloads product per policy.
• Reviews invoices for accuracy and makes corrections as needed.
• Meets sales goals and drives route growth.
• Develops leads, calls on prospects, and assists with new accounts.
