FRITO LAY INC in Pine Bluff, AR seeks Route Sales Representatives to deliver, sell, and merchandise our snack lineup including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, and Tostitos to local stores.
You will drive a Frito Lay truck, unload orders, and build relationships with store managers to grow sales. The role is full-time, physical, with potential weekend/holiday shifts and opportunities for advancement within PepsiCo.
Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLays complete line of products including Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule! Team members often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this type of role before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
