Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! Responsibilities include delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay products such as Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain records. This role offers growth opportunities within FritoLay and PepsiCo.

Key tasks include:

• Learning the role through four to six weeks of training
• Running routes, experiencing different stores, and meeting customers
• Growing sales by building relationships and executing displays and initiatives
• Working in a fast-paced, physical environment, often on weekends and holidays

Minimum qualifications:

• Be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs.
