Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring a route merchandiser to stock, merchandise, and promote our brands on grocery shelves across assigned stores in Montgomery, AL. You will use a handheld device and sales software to place orders, rotate stock, and secure display space for new products.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Compensation is a combination of base pay plus commission
• Monday -- Friday schedule (occasional weekends) on assigned route

What You Will Do

In this position, you will place orders and merchandise product to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)

• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using appropriate equipment
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
