A leading company in snack foods is seeking a Route Sales Representative in Mason City, IA, to ensure the delivery and merchandising of popular products such as Doritos and Lay's. This full-time role involves a 50-hour work week, training for career advancement, and the potential for various benefits including healthcare and 401(k) contributions.
Work Schedule: Work days vary each week until you are assigned or bid to a specific route. This is a 5-day work week scheduled at 50 hours per week.
Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products, including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more, to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales, take orders, and maintain records throughout the day.
