Cold Front Distribution in Madison, WI is seeking a Route Sales Representative to deliver frozen foods to established retail accounts and build lasting customer relationships.

You will merchandise displays, manage inventory with handheld devices, and ensure quality standards while representing the company with integrity every day. The role operates Monday–Friday with a starting salary of $55,000–$60,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred, but not required.
• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must meet all DOT medical certification, drug, and alcohol testing requirements.
• Pre-employment background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and motor vehicle record (MVR) checks.

Route Sales Representative - Madison, WI Join the Cold Front Distribution Team! As a leading Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distributor, we proudly supply nationally recognized and regional brands of ice cream, frozen pizza, and frozen prepared foods to grocery and retail partners throughout a 19-state service area. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Route Sales Representative to join our team in the Madison, WI area. Compensation - Starting Salary: $55,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do
