Job summary

Cold Front Distribution is hiring a Route Sales Representative in the Madison, WI area. You will deliver frozen foods to established retail accounts, build strong relationships, and represent the company with professionalism.

The role runs Monday–Friday, requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and DOT medical/drug testing compliance. CDL is preferred but not required; prior DSD or route-sales experience is a plus. Benefits start on the first month.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred, but not required.
• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must meet all DOT medical certification, drug, and alcohol testing requirements.
• Previous DSD, grocery, food distribution, or route sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience using handheld delivery devices is preferred.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• PTO begins accruing with your first paycheck and is available for immediate use.

Compensation

• Starting Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience
