Job summary

Cold Front Distribution LLC in Springdale, AR is seeking a Route Sales Representative to deliver products to grocery and retail customers, build strong relationships, and ensure accurate, on-time service.

This role includes merchandising, proper product rotation, and operating a handheld device for deliveries and transactions, while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. Competitive benefits are included after the start date.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred but not required.
• Monday through Friday schedule – weekends off.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must meet all DOT medical certification and drug/alcohol requirements.
• Experience with DSD, grocery or retail food distribution, and handheld devices is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, DOT physical, drug screening, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• PTO begins accruing with your first paycheck and is available for immediate use.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance available first of the month following your start date.
• Company-paid life insurance and short-term/long-term disability coverage.
• 401(k) eligible after 30 days of employment. After six months, Cold Front Distribution matches 50% of your contributions, up to 6%.

Cold Front Distribution is a leading Direct Store Delivery (DSD) supplier serving grocery and retail customers across a 19-state region. We distribute nationally and regionally recognized brands of ice cream, frozen pizza, and frozen prepared foods. We are currently seeking a Route Sales Representative to join our team in Springdale, AR .

Starting Pay: $55,000–$60,000 annually (DOE)
