Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring for a route merchandising role in Cartersville, GA. You will place orders, merchandise, and ensure our pizzas and snacks are on store shelves for shoppers. The job requires driving, lifting up to 35 pounds, and building strong in-store relationships in a fast-paced enviro nment.

We offer base pay plus commission, a fuel card, health/dental/vision/Life, 401K with match, paid vacation, uniform allowance, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• Able to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and merchandise product to secure shelf space and promote new items.
• Drive additional sales by gaining display space.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
• Use handheld technology and sales software for daily tasks.
• Build in-store relationships and work with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route.

What You Will Do
