Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a Boulder/Longmont route-based sales position. You will place orders and merchandise products to ensure our brands are available on store shelves for shoppers.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule (occasional weekends), a fuel card with mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance, plus a 401K with company match. You will use handheld technology and build in-store relationships while driving your own

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and handle frozen products safely.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and merchandise products to ensure shelf availability.
• Drive sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise, maintain display space, and rotate products.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily tasks.
• Build in-store relationships and work with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Use your own vehicle for daily route.

Immediately Hiring - This route covers the Boulder/Longmont area. What We Offer

• Pay: $60000 - $62000
• Compensation is a combination of base pay plus commission
• Monday -- Friday schedule (occasional weekends) on assigned route

What You Will Do

In this position, you will place orders and merchandise product to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using appropriate equipment
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
