Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Minimum Experience: Customer Service/Sales, and Chauffeur License is required.

Up to $2000 BONUS in the first year!

Operating across six locations including Grand Rapids, Livonia, Cadillac, Alpena, Saginaw, and Kalamazoo, we offer a comprehensive range of services including linen, uniform, and mat rentals, as well as first aid supplies, custom apparel, and facility products.

As a Route Sales Professional based in this location, your responsibilities will include driving, delivering, and retrieving products, nurturing strong customer relationships, and promoting additional CLS services. Attention to detail is crucial as you manage orders, inventory levels, and upsell opportunities while ensuring contract renewals and processing payments efficiently.

What We’re Looking For
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Extroverted, enjoys meeting new people, physically active
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Capable of driving up to 12 hours a day if necessary
  • Can push/pull rolling laundry carts and lift up to 75 lbs
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Chauffeur License and a clean driving record
  • Prior route experience is a plus

Working Conditions

Work is performed both in-office and in the field, using various office equipment. Traveling to customer locations and CLS branches using a company vehicle is required.
