UniFirst in the U.S./Canada region seeks a Route Service Representative to manage daily garment deliveries and pickups on a dedicated route. You will grow accounts, upsell products, and uphold safety while delivering dependable service each day.

The role emphasizes customer relationships, consistency, and on-the-road performance, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and earning potential from commissions starting on day one.

Qualificações

• Driver's License & Safe Driving Record: 21+, valid Québec Class 5 license, clean record, reliable transportation.
• Educational Requirements: High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Strong Customer Service Skills: independiente while providing excellent customer service.
• Relevant Experience: Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using new technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an Assigned Route: primary contact for customers delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support Daily Operations: load/unload route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time deliveries and returns with strong satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport and introduce new garments and products.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck safely on designated routes.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: indoor and outdoor work requiring energy and safety.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Mon–Fri daytime hours with no nights or weekends.
