Fikes is hiring a dependable, service-minded Route Sales Representative (RSR) to support customers in the Puget Sound Area, including Federal Way. This role combines reliable service with opportunities to grow customer accounts.

You will drive a company vehicle, build relationships, and ensure accurate service documentation and inventory management. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with limited weekends, a starting salary of $55k plus overrides and commissions, company phone, paid

Qualifications

• Reliable work ethic and a positive, professional approach.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time, work independently, and complete daily responsibilities.
• Comfort with a physically active role involving driving and lifting at customer sites.
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Experience in route service, delivery, customer service, or sales is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company service vehicle to customers throughout your assigned territory.
• Deliver products and complete scheduled services with care and attention to detail.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and address their service needs.
• Recognize opportunities to introduce additional Fikes products and services.
• Complete service documentation and keep account information accurate.
• Manage route inventory and maintain clean, organized equipment and vehicle space.
• Coordinate with the office and operations team to resolve customer concerns.
