Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive routes, service and sell within an established base, delivering and picking up uniforms and related products.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a 4-day workweek for many routes and limited nights or weekends. You will build relationships with decision makers, upsell additional products, and renew service agreements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements (driving a regulated vehicle >10,000 lbs).
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment as requested.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
• Strong customer service orientation is essential.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude, organization, and service spirit.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while upholding safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
