Prudential Overall Supply in Round Rock, TX, is hiring a Route Service Representative/Driver to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products within an assigned territory. You will build relationships with customers, upsell additional products, and earn route bonuses and commissions.

This full-time role features Monday–Friday schedules, 40+ hour weeks, and comprehensive benefits. Prior route/truck experience and a clean driving record are important, with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• High School Graduate; 21+ years of age.
• Must have a driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Customer service and sales-oriented.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred.
• Safe driving skills in all weather conditions.
• Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must satisfy all customer-required background compliance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments, ensuring loads are accurate and properly prepared.
• Load and unload soiled and clean merchandise; handle carts carefully during transport.
• Use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book.
• Perform other duties as needed to support route operations.
