Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is hiring Route Service Representatives in Moorpark, CA. The role involves driving a company truck to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats, and rental products within a designated territory.

It offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 40+ hours and full benefits. You will build strong customer relationships, upsell additional products, and maintain routes while following all safety and vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

High School Graduate, 21+ years of age
Active driver’s license with a clean driving record
Customer service and sales-oriented
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred
Safe driving skills in all weather conditions
Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Candidate must satisfy all customer-required background compliance criteria to maintain eligibility for this role.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments, ensuring loads are accurate and prepared.
Load and unload soiled and clean merchandise, handling carts carefully during transport.
Use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book.
Perform other duties as needed to support smooth route operations.
