Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a supervisor to oversee, train and schedule stockers across the assigned territory in Arizona. You will identify sales opportunities, assist in writing orders for customers, and ensure replenishment of displays using FIFO while rotating stock.

The role requires traveling between store locations in your territory using your own vehicle and collaborating with Field Operations Manager to share competitive information and coordinate in-store resets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• One to three months related experience and /or training preferred
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Identifying sales opportunities within assigned territory
• Assisting RSM in writing orders for assigned customers within assigned territory
• Examining merchandise displays to identify items in need of replenishment
• Communicating competitive information to Field Operations Manager
• Pulling back-stock from storage area to refill displays, rotating stock using FIFO
• Selling in store displays and coordinating resets
• Setting up advertising signs and displays of merchandise on shelves, counter, or tables
• Traveling between store locations in assigned territory using own vehicle
• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs
• Other duties as assigned.
