Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a team member to restock merchandise and manage in-store displays across multiple Phoenix-area locations. The role involves replenishing shelves, rotating stock using FIFO, and assisting with store resets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with store managers, delivering freezer units, maintaining display cleanliness, and traveling within the territory using your own vehicle. High School diploma or GED and basic English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must understand all policies, procedures, instructions, rules and regulations in English.
• Must be able to respond with reports, presentations, information or communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Examine merchandise displays to identify items needing replenishment.
• Pull back-stock from storage to refill displays using FIFO rotation.
• Explain/resolve out of stock issues with store managers.
• Deliver freezers and load/unload equipment as required in non-CDL vehicle.
• Stock storage areas and displays with new or transferred merchandise.
• Participate in store resets and adjust displays as requested.
• Set up signs and displays to attract customers and promote sales.
• Travel between store locations within the assigned territory in own vehicle.
• Attend routine meetings at the Dairy facility or other sites.
• Maintain clean display cases, shelves and aisles.
