Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on delivery frequency.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and promotional plans to ensure strong RED scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, and handling returns of pallets.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates product on shelves; checks vendor operations.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, and upcoming activities discussions.
