Job summary

The Bulk Account Merchandiser (BAM) at Coca-Cola Consolidated oversees selling, ordering, and presenting products across assigned customers on daily routes. The role ensures accurate orders, executes commercial plans, and maintains effective merchandising with safe handling practices.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes for an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and marketing plans.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves.
• Maintains back room by organizing product by package and flavor.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates product on shelves.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and pricing discussions.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activities and communicates them to relevant teams.
