Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Minnesota is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to stock and merchandise products on designated routes, ensuring high-quality displays and availability. You will build strong customer relationships and provide superior service on each visit.

The role requires on-time travel, safe handling of products, and using pallet jacks or hand-trucks. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of general work experience are preferred; grocery retail or consumer products

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves.
• On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Operate pallet jack, hand-truck and other handling equipment.
• Maintain stock and ensure neat appearance of displays and products.
• Maintain clean back-room and manage trade breakage.
• Maintain CCBCHC quality assurance standards at every account.
• Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
