Prudential Overall Supply seeks a Route Service Representative to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats, and rental products within a defined territory. You will build relationships with customers, upsell additional products, and maintain accurate route documentation.

You will operate a company truck on a Monday–Friday schedule, ensuring safety and compliance with federal/state regulations, while aiming for consistent, growth-oriented performance with a clear earnings potential through

Qualificações

• High School Graduate, 21+ years old.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to obtain Class A CDL within 12 months.
• Customer service and sales-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred.
• Overnight shifts might be required (expenses paid).
• Safe driving skills in all weather conditions.
• Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must satisfy all customer-required background compliance criteria to maintain eligibility for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments, ensuring loads are accurate and properly prepared.
• Load and unload merchandise, handling carts carefully during transport.
• Use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book.
• Perform other duties as needed to support smooth route operations.
