Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking Route Service Representatives who will safely operate a company truck to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products within an assigned territory.

You will build relationships with customers, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain an accurate route book while following all vehicle regulations. The role emphasizes a Monday–Friday schedule, 40+ hour weeks, full-time benefits, and opportunities for route bonuses

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van preferred.
• Safe driving skills in all weather conditions.
• Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Must meet customer background compliance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments.
• Load and unload merchandise and manage loads properly.
• Use company devices to manage orders and update routes.
• Perform other duties as needed to support route operations.
