Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Route Service Representative to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats, and other rental products within an assigned territory.

You will build strong customer relationships and upsell products to earn bonuses and commissions. Responsibilities include safely operating the company truck, loading and unloading merchandise, and using company devices to manage orders and invoices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 21+ years of age.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to obtain Class A license within 12 months.
• Customer service and sales-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van preferred.
• Overnight shifts may be required (expenses paid).
• Safe driving in all weather conditions.
• Military experience encouraged to apply.
• Must satisfy background compliance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments.
• Load and unload merchandise and manage loads carefully.
• Use company devices to track orders, adjust invoices, and maintain route books.
• Perform other duties to support route operations.
