Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Route Sales Driver in Fremont, CA to build partnerships with customers, drive route growth, and maintain strong account retention. You will deliver and stock products, manage relationships with key decision makers, and ensure safe, timely service aligned with our standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 lb repeatedly. DOT certification training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain DOT certification.
• Must be able to lift 75 lb repeatedly and load/unload items.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales expectations and promote route growth and customer retention.
• Deliver and stock products at client locations in a timely manner.
• Solicit new business and generate referrals to grow revenue.
• Maintain professional relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading and vehicle safety per DOT rules.
