Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to grow volume and distribute products on assigned routes while delivering superior customer service. You will ensure product availability, merchandise according to standards and maintain relationships with account personnel.

Requires ability to operate a two- or four-wheeled hand-truck, valid CDL Class A within 90 days, and strong safety and integrity standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must obtain Class A CDL within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume through product sales and distribution on assigned routes.
• Deliver products daily to accounts.
• Maintain account merchandising per standards.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and cash handling.
• Provide superior customer service and build relationships.
• Perform vehicle and back room checks.
