Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to grow volume through daily delivery and strong account relationships. You will ensure product availability and merchandising on assigned routes with a focus on customer service.

The role requires a Class A CDL within 90 days, a valid driving history, and the ability to operate hand-trucks. We offer robust benefits, employer-paid life insurance, 401(k) matching, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume through product sales and promotions.
• Sell and deliver products to accounts daily.
• Ensure accounts are merchandised/stocked to CCBCHC standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain POS advertising as appropriate for accounts.
• Invoice and collect monies due.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain neat appearance of equipment and stock in accounts.
• Travel to other company locations ~10% and attend training.
• Work weekends and some holidays.
