Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Utah is seeking a Route Sales Driver to sell and distribute products on designated routes, building strong customer relationships and ensuring product availability and displays meet company standards.

You will work with the sales team on daily routes, drive a Class A CDL within 90 days, and participate in safety and training programs. This role offers a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years commercial driving experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure accounts are merchandised/stocked according to standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain POS advertising for accounts.
• Ensure proper accounting of product, cash and assets daily.
• Invoice and collect monies due accurately and efficiently.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and products in accounts.
• Maintain back room and manage trade breakage.
• Perform vehicle and load checks per standard practices.
• Maintain quality assurance standards at every account.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with coworkers and customers professionally.
• Monitor competitor products and activities.
• Follow all regulations, policies and processes, and meet commitments.
