Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Utah is seeking a Route Sales Driver to grow beverage volume through sales, distribution and superior service on designated routes. You will maintain product availability, merchandising, and POS materials to meet company standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years general work experience, a willingness to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days, and a customer-focused mindset. This full-time role may require lifting and travel to nearby sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years commercial driving experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store/CPG experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure accounts are merchandised/stocked according to standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate.
• Accurately invoice and collect monies due.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
