Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Route Sales Driver to manage product sales and delivery on designated routes while maintaining excellent customer service. You will ensure proper stock, displays, and POS materials align with company standards and promote growth on each account.

The role requires the ability to operate a Class A CDL within 90 days and to work on site, with occasional travel and weekend hours. We offer strong benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all accounts are merchandised/stocked according to company standards.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
