Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Route Sales Driver to grow beverage sales across assigned accounts and ensure on-time delivery and merchandising. You will build strong customer relationships, maintain stock levels, and manage POS materials with safety and accuracy.

The role requires a Class A CDL within 90 days, and offers comprehensive benefits, 401K match, and product discounts. Travel to nearby locations and some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display, and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure accounts are merchandised and stocked to company standards.
• Transport, replace, and maintain POS advertising as appropriate for accounts.
• Accurately invoice and collect monies due.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain neat appearance of equipment and products in accounts.
• Operate a two- or four-wheeled hand-truck and power equipment as required.
• Travel to other company locations as needed (about 10%).
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements at all times.
